15-Day Return Policy
At Perfumes Collection, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return: The item must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order. The perfume must be unbroken, unteared box, and in its original packaging. The product should be in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns if: The seal is broken or the perfume has been used more than 5%. The product was purchased on sale or as part of a promotion (unless damaged or defective). The item is damaged due to customer mishandling. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Process Contact our customer support to request a return. Provide your order details and reason for return. Once approved, send the item back to the address provided. After inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Refunds Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
